Subscription Policy

Overview

At Willow Chapter House, we offer subscription services that allow you to receive our subscriptions on a regular basis. This policy explains how our subscriptions work, including billing, cancellation, and your rights as a subscriber.


Subscription Plans & Billing

Our subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. Your subscription will automatically renew each month on the same date as your original sign-up date, however, if you wish to cancel your subscription, you must do so before the 25th of the previous month.

By subscribing, you authorise Willow Chapter House to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring monthly basis.


Payment

All payments are processed securely in GBP (£). We accept major credit and debit cards. You are responsible for ensuring your payment details are kept up to date. If a payment fails, we will notify you and may attempt to process the payment again. Failure to complete payment may result in your subscription being paused or cancelled.


Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time before or on the 25th of the previous month of the expected dispatch, with no minimum commitment required. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, please cancel by the 25th of the previous month.

We do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods.


Refunds

As our subscriptions contain physical goods curated specifically for each cycle, we are unable to offer refunds once an order has been dispatched. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will do our best to resolve the issue in line with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.


Modifying or Pausing Your Subscription

If you wish to pause or modify your subscription (e.g. change your delivery address or update payment details), please contact us at hello@willowchapterhouse.com or manage your preferences through your account. Requests to pause or modify must please be made at least by the 25th of the previous month to take effect for that billing cycle.


Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our subscription pricing. If we make any changes to your subscription price, we will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance. You will have the option to cancel before the new price takes effect.


Delivery

Subscription orders are dispatched to UK addresses. Postage and packaging is included in the subscription price. Delivery timescales will be communicated at the time of dispatch. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other third-party carriers.
